Very disappointed with the service. The older man was very rude, rushed my friend and me, and kept saying things like “get up now” even though the shop wasn’t closing for another hour and it wasn’t busy. There were flies everywhere as well, which wasn’t pleasant. We were polite customers and, as two young people, we didn’t appreciate being spoken to like that. Poor customer service.

Title: Disappointing Experience at Rapeedo's Lucan: Chicken Kebab Tray
I recently decided to give Rapeedo's Lucan a try, enticed by the idea of indulging in their Chicken Kebab Tray. With high hopes and a rumbling stomach, I eagerly awaited my order, only to be met with mixed feelings and a sense of disappointment.
Let's start with the positive aspect of my experience - the taste. The flavours of the chicken in the tray were undeniably good. The chicken gojoens, although unexpected, were tender and well-seasoned. The garlic sauce added a pleasant zing to each bite, and the chips were crispy and delicious.
Now, let's address the elephant in the room - the portion size. For a price of €11.00, I was expecting a hearty and satisfying meal. Unfortunately, the portion of the Chicken Kebab Tray was shockingly small. It barely constituted a light snack, leaving me hungry and wanting more. Given the price, I couldn't help but feel short-changed.
My biggest disappointment came from the content mismatch. When you order a kebab tray, you typically anticipate a generous serving of slow-cooked chicken and a variety of veggies, all wrapped in warm pita bread. However, what I received was far from that expectation. Instead of pita bread, I got chips, which felt out of place. The chopped chicken goujons and lettuce were also a deviation from the traditional kebab tray ingredients. This deviation from the norm completely ruined my expectations and left me questioning whether I had received the correct order.
In conclusion, my experience at Rapeedo's Lucan was far from satisfactory. While the taste of the chicken and the accompanying sauce were commendable, the disappointingly small portion size and the content mismatch left me feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. At €11.00, I was expecting a proper meal, but what I got was more akin to a snack. If you're looking for a traditional kebab experience, this might not be the place for you.
Considering I ordered for collection at 4pm in the day 10 mins before I arrive and they haven’t even started cooking the burger when I arrive I am very disappointed. Taco fries they call it they weren’t going to put taco sauce on till I asked did it have it. A tray of chips with microwaved cold mince on top with some mad tomato sauce I genuinely wouldn’t give it to my dog. Disgraceful lazy business Owners is all I see
